Having trouble accessing your ZoomShift account? This guide will walk you through the steps we recommend to get back into your account.
Step 1: Reset Your Password
You can reset your password here. Once you submit this form you will receive an email with a link you can click to reset your password. The link in your email will direct you to a page where you can enter your new password. You will then be able to login using your new password.
Do you get an error message about your email not matching?
If you get an error message stating that your email does not match a user please check to make sure you have entered the correct email. Also, please try all email addresses you may have used to register. If you keep getting this error please try the next step.
Step 2: Find Your Schedule
It is possible that your email has been added to an employee account in ZoomShift, but it has not been activated yet? In this case, you can search for any schedules that you belong to by your email. You can search on this page. Once you submit this form you will receive an email if any schedules were found for your email.
Step 3: Contact Your Manager
If the steps above don’t work you should contact your manager. Your manager will be able to tell you the email you used to sign up for ZoomShift. It is also possible that your account has been archived by your manager which will prevent you from logging in.
Step 4: Contact ZoomShift Support
If you and your manager are not able to figure out why you can’t login then you should contact ZoomShift support. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Name of Schedule
- Your Manager’s Name
