Canceling Your Subscription

Note: You must be the owner or a billing liaison of the account to cancel the subscription. Learn about roles and permissions.

To cancel your subscription, go to the Settings => Account & Billing =>  Subscription page and click on the Options drop down at the top of the page. 

You will see a pop-up like the one below.

Fill out the form and click on the Cancel Account button.
